He said that you needed to be disciplined, patient, wise, faithful and his descriptions of what one need to accomplish in order to be "practiced" at the art of love were fairly unrealistic in most human beings. Overall I think it had the right idea but could have been more dedicated to encouraging people rather making the goal seem very far away.
