i thought that the obsessive love disorder article was very interesting. Its not like it is very rare because i could see characteristics of this in myself and in people i have loved. Some things that jumped out at me were how concrete the article made the disorder to be, how unfixable it was. Also, i believe the article made the role of mother and father to be very cliché; the mother abandons and the father is the punisher. I mean i know that exists, but it seems to generic of a description of the two parental figures.

Probably the creepiest commercials in the world. They made fun of this product on family guy once.
Anyway, the commercials are both reflective of the two articles in their own way. One, husband leaves wife for better woman. Two, mother abandons son for more enjoyable, carefree life.
